It wraps around your midsection and secures with a Velcro closure. Your pouch passes through the 8cm 4-way stretch stoma opening on the back panel while the belt holds everything flat and secure. The hidden zipper pocket gives you drainable pouch access without taking the belt off.
What ostomy types does it work with?
